ORDERING & SHIPPING

 

Slime orders are made in small batch lots to control quality and consistency.  I do my best to get your order out ASAP and ship within 5 business days. 

We make every effort to ship your order ahead of this estimated time.

Due to the handmade nature of our Squish-E products, all orders are final sale.

Unless there is an error on our side, we will gladly accept returns and ensure we remedy an oversight on our end.


If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within the first 24hours of the delivery at order@squish-e.com.

All Squish-E slime orders are shipped via USPS.  Shipping rates are calculated by USPS.  Other products will be delivered directly from a 3rd party provider and indicated on the delivery time at time of order.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider.  If they are unable to locate your package, please contact info@squish-e.com. We will file a claim with the shipping provider and reissue your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
We will charge you a shipping fee to re-ship each and every package that is either incorrectly addressed or re-routed back to us due to customer error.  We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping fee per package to have the package(s) re-shipped.

For customers who elect to cancel their orders, the order will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.  

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped.  However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package.  If your package is re-routed, returned or lost, all policies listed above apply.  PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the handmade nature of our Squish-E slime products, all orders are final sale. Including all special orders. 

Unless there is an error on our side, we will gladly accept returns and ensure we remedy an oversight on our end.  

Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of placing your Squish-E order. We begin production of your order immediately and are unable to cancel orders once the production process has started.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
